Pre-construction services are vital for delivering accurate costs, schedules, and expertise to the owner, ensuring the efficient completion of facilities in a timely manner. During this phase, our competitive pricing and logistics analysis enable us to identify ideas and options for a more cost-effective project.

Under the Construction Management agreement, BBG leads all aspects of construction including design review, overall scheduling, cost control, value analysis, construct-ability, preparation of bid packages, and construction coordination. In addition, BBG also takes on the financial obligation to deliver the project within a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
The GMP is finalized during pre-construction while working with the design team to explore alternatives in selecting material and building systems. We solicit feedback from trade partners and suppliers to confirm current market pricing. Then we identify and purchase long-lead items with the goal to deliver more budget and schedule certainty. The team works together to reduce changes once your project has started. -
We work directly for the owner, overseeing and coordinating all subcontractors and employees within our company. Our capability extends to performing all aspects of the construction process. The scope of the Project Manager’s work is versatile and contingent upon the project and the owner’s specific requirements.The Project Manager can begin as early as the land acquisition process or later during the actual construction phase of the project.
