PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Project Manager, often referred to as the Owner’s Representative, serves as a dedicated advocate for the owner's goals throughout a development project thereby ensuring a proper close-out and successful move-in for the client. The scope of the Project Manager’s work is versatile and contingent upon the project and the owner’s specific requirements.The Project Manager can begin as early as the land acquisition process or later during the actual construction phase of the project.
The Project Manager possesses technical expertise in construction, real estate, and architecture. This pivotal role involves managing relationships with general contractors, architects, construction companies, municipal authorities, and financial institutions engaged in the project. A Project Manager can contribute expertise across any or all stages of a project.
